Previously, I had been a BIG crammer but it didn’t take me long to realise that it just wouldn’t work anymore (but I wish someone has warned me sooner)
Cramming not only leads to burnout and stress, but it also doesn’t help me to retain information long-term. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Take breaks, space out your studying, and prioritize self-care.
Your mind and body will thank you later 💗
