BCC Evolution In this episode of Make Mental Health Matter, Kelli has special guest Sabrina Fritts.
She is a certified Block Therapist and a domestic violence/sexual assault advocate. She brings her practical Human Resources experience, holistic approach, and playful healing ability to make the greatest impact with her clients. Releasing trauma is fundamental to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. She is passionate about maintaining an effective daily self-care practice; which is essential in providing crisis response and healing-centered advocacy. She accepted the invitation to participate in the newly formed National Task Force on Advocate Wellness.
