Reva Not Respawning 🔎🔍

Before anyone asks, this is in the arena and all of my squad has a faster speed than each of their counterparts, I have every zeta and every omicron except for Reva’s “Reckless Sweep” and Seven Sister’s leader ability vs my opponent with no omicrons on any of them, and we are running the same DC (dark side get protection bonus for DOT).
My Reva does not respawn even when she has “Hatred” whereas my opponent’s respawns once or sometimes twice. My opponent’s GI will go once, then his Seven Sister goes again, then his GI does another move, even though both my GI and Seven Sister are faster than his as previously stated.
I don’t know if this is a glitch or what.
