🇩🇪 Zutaten für die Piperade:
- 3 Paprika
- 4 Tomaten
- 1 Zwiebel
- 2 Knoblauchzehen
- 3 Lobeerblätter
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- Gemüsebrühe
- Chilisalz
- Olivenöl
- Basilikum
- Oregano
Weitere Zutaten:
- 1 Aubergine
- 3 Tomaten
- 1 Zucchini
Rezeptbeschreibung:
1. 3 Paprika halbieren und mit den 4 Tomaten bei 180 Grad Umluft
im vorgeheizten Ofen für ca. 20 Minuten backen. Danach das Gemüse abkühlen lassen und die Haut anschließend entfernen.
2. Das geschälte Gemüse pürieren und in einen Topf gießen.
Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen kleinschneiden und hinzugeben. Lobeerblätter hinzugeben. Die Piperade würzen und 10 Minuten kochen lassen. Danach in eine Auflaufform gießen.
3. Aubergine, Zucchini und die drei Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden und abwechselnd auf der Piperade anordnen. Danach für ca. 1h
in den Ofen.
! Die Backzeit ist abhängig von der Dicke des Gemüses und kann
bis zu 3 h dauern!

- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable broth
- Chili salt
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Oregano
Further ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
Recipe description:
1. Halve 3 peppers and cook with the 4 tomatoes at 180 degrees
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then let the vegetables cool and then remove the skin.
2. Puree the peeled vegetables and pour them into a pot.
Chop the onion and garlic cloves and add them. Add the bay leaves. Season the piperade and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then pour into a baking dish.
3. Cut the eggplant, zucchini and the three tomatoes into slices and arrange them alternately on the piperade. Then for about 1 hour
in the oven.
! The baking time depends on the thickness of the vegetables and can
take up to 3 hours!
