Ben has been teaching Gabe how to swim by using The Rocco Up Method. After last summer Gabe learned how to swim with a vest. This summer he was ready to take the next step! Dunking his head under water and removing all floatation were the next steps. This video displays how this process worked for Gabe and how Ben works his magic. Learning how to swim and water safety is important for everyone, especially for Individuals with autism. This is not just about having fun, but about saving lives. The film Rocco Up is a documentary about Ben’s family and how he used this creative method to teach his son Rocco how to swim and surf! It will be available to stream soon on Amazon. I am dedicated to spreading the word about Rocco Up and I hope you will too. As Ben says “Together We Go Up!”
