0.5-1.5 lbs of Pork Jowl/Bacon/Etc
Olive Oil
A 28 oz can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes
Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Half an Onion
1 clove of Garlic
2 boxes of Bucatini Pasta (cooked according to directions on the box)
A splash of dry White Wine
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
