US government approves Alzheimer’s drug to slow cognitive decline

Al Jazeera English The US Food and Drug Administration has given full approval for a drug they say can slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease.
The incurable neurological disease affects millions of people worldwide.
Doctors are hopeful the drug will help improve the quality of life for patients.
