für den Teig
200 ml warmes Wasser
360 g Mehl
1 Teelöffel Salz.
Für das Topping
3 EL Wasser
2 EL Olivenöl
1 Ei
Sesam , Schwarzkümmel
bei 220 °C im vorgeheizten Backofen 20 Minuten backen
