VENEMOUS SALTWATER CATFISH CATCH AND COOK
Growing up catching these things were soooo annoying. I would live to eat the things i caught and since they are venomous, no one ever wanted to take the risk.
The difference between something being poisonous and venomous is large. If something is poisonous, it means if you consume it, you will have negative effects. If something is venomous, it means it has to bite, sting, or claw you in some way in order to inject it’s venom.
I randomly looked up if you could eat the saltwater catfish and it had several positive reviews. I would not give it a positive review however. The meat is more fishy than i like for my taste, and personally i have eaten much better fish. If you are insistant on trying them though, here is the recipe.
RECIPE:
Salt Water Catfish Filet
Season with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Truffle Seasoning, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Paprika
Pat seasonings into fillet so the flavor is trapped in.
Fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side(or until fish is tender and golden brown). Add minced garlic and salted butter to the oil as the fish is frying for added flavor.
