A Pokemon Nuzlocke is a specific, more challenging way of playing a Pokemon game, and the basic rules are as follows:
- Pokemon fainting counts as a death, they cannot be used again.
- Only one Pokemon may be caught per area.
- Pokemon must be named to get you more attached to them.
- Revives, daycares, trading and the player market are not allowed.
