✘Rezept: (für 4 Personen)
➞Zutaten:
200g Couscous
1 Dose Kichererbsen
Gemüse: Gurke, Tomaten, Oliven, getrocknete Tomaten,...
1 Pkg Feta
Essig & Öl
Salz, Pfeffer
Paprikagewürz
Suppengewürz
➞Zubereitung:
Die Kichererbsen in ein Sieb geben und waschen, bis sie nicht mehr schäumen. Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech verteilen und mit Öl, Papirkapulver und Salz würzen.
Bei 180 Grad für ca. 20-30 Minuten in den Ofen geben, bis sie knusprig sind.
Den Couscous in eine Schüssel geben und mit doppelter Menge heißem Wasser (ca. 400ml) übergießen. Mit etwas Suppengewürz würzen, verrühren und quellen lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit das gesamte Gemüse, Feta usw. in Mundgerechte Stücke schneiden und anschließend zum Couscous geben.
Für das Dressing 2-3 EL Öl mit 1-2 EL Essig und Salz und Pfeffer verrühren und zum Salat geben.
Zum Schluss noch die Kichererbsen unterrühren und fertig!
