You’ll need following ingredients to make this mango cake
3 eggs
125 g sugar
125g oil
Mango essence 1/2 tsp
125 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup mango chunks
1 tbsp flour
Method 📜
Blend eggs with sugar and essence for 1 min, then gradually add oil, transfer moisture in a bowl and add flour and baking powder then fold and mix batter well, coat mango chunks with flour and add in batter and mix slightly
Pour batter in greased baking pan 7” and bake it at 180C for 35 min or if you want to bake in pateeli without oven like I did just put a big casserole on bight heat put stand on it and put cake pan on it cover well and bake at high heat for 5 min then reduce flame to medium and bake cake for 40 min 💕
Serve with tea or ice cream ♥️♥️
