tini zong Ich habe wieder einmal in meinem Archiv gekramt und ein Video von der Pilatus-Zahnradbahn zusammen gestellt. Wir waren dort im Sommer 2011. Bergauf sind wir mit der Bahn gefahren und abwärts von Pilatus Kulm bis zur Talstation Alpnachstadt gewandert (1635 Meter Abstieg auf ca. 8 Km Länge). Es war eine wunderschöne Wanderung.
Mit 48 % Steigung ist sie die steilste Zahnradbahn der Welt und überwindet einen Höhenunterschied von 1635 Meter.

I once again rummaged through my archives and put together a video of the Pilatus cog railway. We were there in the summer of 2011. We took the train uphill and hiked down from Pilatus Kulm to the Alpnachstadt valley station (1,635 meter descent about 8 km long ). It was a beautiful hike.
With a gradient of 48%, it is the steepest cog railway in the world and overcomes an altitude difference of 1,635 meters.
