Hotels in Temple nearing maximum capacity after tornado displaced hundreds of residents

The tornados that displaced Temple residents meant that they had to act quickly to find a temporary solution.
Temple residents Valentine and Sofia Villa’s home and car were destroyed in the storm, but there was no place they could stay nearby.
“There’s no place for us to stay around here all the hotels are already taken,” Villa said. “There’s been people going all the way to Georgetown.”
Hotels in Temple along I-35 say most of them are at full capacity, and some hotels had to deal with damages themselves. #TempleTornado #TempleTexas
