This simple vegetarian aubergine recipe is perfect for warm summer days and is guaranteed to please everyone you love!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggplants
- 3 green onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 feta/feta cheese
- 1 pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Grated Emmental
Bake the filled aubergines in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, then cover and bake for another 30 minutes until the aubergines are soft.
