Christian Yoga with RuahSpace In this Christian yoga for Christmas restorative stretch, you are invited to experience the peace and stillness of the season with gentle stretches. As we remember and celebrate the coming of Jesus, we spend time in restful postures with calm Christmas music ending with "Silent Night" in our final resting posture.
This class is made for all levels and can be practiced any time of day but we definitely recommend the evening!
