In this video I share how to buy & sell an NFT and how to find out which NFTs to buy to make a profit!
Selling an NFT is pretty simple. All you have to do is firstly put the NFT for sale, you can put as an auction or buy now. Once done, all you gotta do is wait for a buyer to offer you.
For me I put the selling price as 1.25ETH , however somebody offered me only 0.25eth . I accepted this so that I can make the video to show you guys how to accept the offer & whats the procedure like. I lost 1 eth just to make this video so that you can see the process. Well I could have waited for a few months and probably make 1.25eth easily because this project is going to launch their own metaverse soon! But yah sacrificed it for this video :D
I just connect it to my metamask, and for my 1st ever selling of NFT opensea it had some charges on gas fees, Its quite alot over $40 but I waited for a while for the gas fees to reduce then I accepted it.
Once done, then I just clicked accept offer and woilah done! I sold it !!
I got the eth in WETH, all that means is thats its wrapped ethereum, so nothing to worry about . You can convert it to eth for free, but usually if you want to offer others it is done in WETH so I am keeping it for later!
Thats all & you are done!
