Commitment is to have one’s mind made up: to become unwavering in one’s actions and
attitude. For something which sounds so simple, it is largely missing all around us, in places
of business, in relationships and even in the church!
People want Jesus, they want what he has to offer: forgiveness, blessings, all the fine things
of life and the eternal things of the afterlife but don’t want to go the extra mile to commit to
Jesus and the things he is interested in.
