If you've watched a few of my videos, you'll know that I like a 'complex' dram. I want something that you sip and sip and keep on discovering new notes and flavours.
Necessary Evil by Wireworks is definitely one of those. Finished in a mashup of bourbon, stout casks from @thornbridge and PX barriques, I'll leave it up to the experts to explain the exact cask make up in this video.
A really interesting dram and a dram that I think should be enjoyed blind. I think most people people would struggle to guess the exact makeup.
