The Edge TV Proton Holdings is divesting a 60% stake in auto components maker Advanced Vehicle Engineering Global (AVEE Global) to Thailand’s largest auto parts company Aapico Hitech for RM41 million. This will pave the way for the injection of as much as RM140 million fresh capital through 2024 to expand the business. #shorts
