Five methods give us profound evidence for Reincarnation (see Channel description for more details).
Interestingly, this is actually a mix of method primarily method (3), out-of-body, but with a touch of (2), past life regression. At the Monroe Institute (TMI), participants enter altered states of consciousness via binaural Hemi-Sync audiosounds while lying there in an isolated booth on a water bed and so falling into meditative state which is then commonly described as out-of-body experience. Some learn to use a method where you still are able to report back (just like under regression hypnosis), which is the case with all tape recordings of the Explorer Series.
Here is a woman who is in the booth in this 'trance / hypnotic / body-asleep-mind-awake' state (described as a level-dependent 'focus' +number by the TMI) from where she can (also by help of non-physical helpers) experience other lives that she / her Higher Self has led. One seems to be in 'classical' greece as a kind of female singer and temple servant, another one as an official at a temple/tomb construction site working for an Egyptian king.
Actually, this is the author Rosalind McKnight (therefore codename: ROMC), who also published laber books on her journeys. Here is a description from Amazon on her:

Interessanterweise handelt es sich hier um einen Mix zwischen der (primär) Methode (3), Out-Of-Body, mit einem Schuss von (2), Rückführung. Am Monroe Institute (TMI) treten die Teilnehmer in einen veränderten Bewusstseinszustand mit Hilfe von binauralen Hemi-Sync Audios ein, während sie in einer isolierten Zelle auf einem Wasserbett liegen und so in einen meditativen Zustand fallen, der allgemein als Out-Of-Body-Experience beschrieben wird. Einige lernen eine Methode, mit denen sie immer noch fähig sind zu berichten was sie erleben (so wie bei einer Rückführungshypnose). Dies ist der Fall bei allen Tonbandaufnahmender Explorer-Serie.
Hier ist eine Frau, die in einer Zelle liegend in diesen „Trance- / Hypnose- / Körper-schlafend-Geist-wach-Zustand gleitet (vom TMI mit einem levelabhängigen „Fokus" +Nummer bezeichnet) von wo sie (auch mit der Hilfe von nicht-physischen Helfern) andere Leben erfährt, dies sie / ihr Höheres Selbst geführt hat. Eines davon scheint im „klassischen Griechenland" gewesen zu sein als eine Art Sängerin und Tempeldienerin, das andere als ein Beamter auf einer Baustelle eines Tempels/Grabs im Dienste eines ägyptischen Herrschers.
