KCRA News The view from the top of the hill near Boulder Ridge Park in Rocklin is a popular attraction. "We have a magnificent view at night," said Sylvia Junghardt, who lives in the area. "I mean, it is breathtaking." However, with the location's popularity comes some concerns. Junghardt explained that the breathtaking view has led to busier traffic. Other residents have seen it too.
