Our host, executive chef, restaurateur, and all around creative force, Chef Thomas Boemer, sits down with his vast network of friends, most of whom are chefs, bartenders, mixologists, restaurant owners, food critics, and others and takes a deep dive into the world of food and drink service.
For the first episode, Chef Tom sits down with one of his long-time buddies Robb Jones, who runs the cocktail program at Minneapolis' METEOR Bar. The guys chat over a few glasses of tequila about their favorite spirits, growing up in the industry, being leaders in their respective worlds, and the trials and tribulations of getting beaten by their young children in Super Smash Bros.
