Christian Yoga with RuahSpace In this Christian yoga class for parents, you are invited to pray over and meditate on what you are building your foundation on. Even if you aren't a parent, you can engage this class with eyes toward the house you are building.
This class starts and ends with plenty of space for prayer and reflection with some great standing and reclined postures in between.
This class is a part of our 5-part series for parents in our memberships which are $10/month or $100/year with tons of series' and classes of various styles, themes, and lengths.
