O Lord my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendour and majesty
C: He stretches out the heavens like a tent.
He set the earth on its foundations, He makes springs to water the earth.
L: How many are your works, Lord!
In wisdom you made them all, The earth is full of your creatures.
C: May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in all his works.

Prayer of Confession
Almighty God, how great is your wisdom and power. By your word, you brought all creation to life. By your love, you give us new grace each day to nourish, sustain, and bless us. We confess Lord, how we squander your grace, by our selfishness and disregard to your will. We failed to love you, your creation, and your peoples. We failed to see you in our daily work. We take for granted those who serve us with the gift of their labours. Strengthen us Lord, renewed by your Spirit, through your Word, that in all that we do, whether eat or drink or work, we will do it all for your glory. We pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
