Last Friday morning, I watched a video about walking barefoot in a park and decided to go to a nearby park to find a suitable place for barefoot walking. That night, after walking, my previously sore shoulders felt much more relaxed. The next morning, I enjoyed the benefits and pleasure of barefoot walking by doing it twice (before breakfast and after dinner), totaling six times so far. Today, as I was about to finish and head back, I had the thought of showing my family how and where I walk and encouraging them to give it a try, so I recorded this video. Since my family abroad need to see it, I'll upload the special video on YouTube where my subscribers, both English and Korean, can watch and wish for everyone's good health.
지난 주 금요일 아침, 맨발 걷기를 위해 공원으로 나가는 영상을 보고 맨발 걷기에 적합한 흙이 있는 곳을 찾아보고자 집 근처 공원으로 나가 걷기 시작한 날 밤, 아프던 어깨가 많이 편안해진 듯한 느낌에 다음날 아침 식사전과 저녁식사 후 두번. 총 여섯번을 걸으며 노하우가 생기고 그 유익함을 만끽하고 누리게 되었다. 오늘 아침엔 이제 마무리하고 돌아오려던 중에 가족들에게 어디서 어떻게 걷는지 보여주고 도전해주고 싶다는 생각이 들어서 영상을 찍었다. 해외에 있는 가족이 보려면 유튜브에 올려야해서... 내 구독자님들도 영과 욱이 모두 건강하길 바라는 맘을 영상에 담아 스페셜 영상을 올린다.
