🇩🇪 QUINOA - PANCAKES
Rezept für 2 Portionen:
Zubereitungszeit: 30 Minuten
Pro Portion: ca. 515 kcal
14g Eiweiß, 18 g Fett, 73 g Kohlenhydrate
Zutaten:
- 10 g Chia-Samen
- 150 g weiße Quinoa
- 375 ml Mandeldrink
- 1 Bio-Zitrone
- 80 g Rosinen
- 2 EL Kokosöl
- Himbeeren zum Garnieren
Rezeptbeschreibung:
1. Quinoa in einen Sieb geben, abbrausen und
abtropfen lassen. Maneldrink zum Kochen
bringen. Quinoa hinzugeben, bei mittlerer Hitze
10 Min. köcheln lassen und anschließend pürieren.
2. Bio-Zitrone heiß waschen, abtrocknen und
die Schale abreiben. Mit den Rosinen und den
Chia-Samen unter die Quinoa mischen.
3. Öl in ene beschichtete Pfanne geben. Ca. einen
Schöpfer Quinoa-Masse in die Pfanne geben und
bei mittlerer Hitze 2-3 Minuten backen. Pancake
wenden und auch die zweite Seite goldbraun
backen.
4. Mit Himbeeren garnieren und genießen.
