Thursday's extended Cleveland weather forecast: Warmer and windy today with rain coming tomorrow

WKYC Channel 3 Cleveland weather forecast for Thursday, November 30, 2023.
We have a mix of sun and clouds expected today, but it also comes with windy conditions throughout Northeast Ohio as temperatures approach 50 degrees.
“The wind is definitely a noticeable factor today with gusts anywhere between 20 to near 30 mph," explains meteorologist Carl Lam.
We have a few showers possible late tonight, but more rain is coming tomorrow morning. If you are headed to the State Championship Game in Canton tonight, definitely bring a blanket but you won't need the ponchos as temperatures will be in the low 40s.
Our next system is going to be rolling in during the overnight hours and it will likely slow down your Friday morning commute. The rain will be steady at times, with the bulk of it falling in the morning. We'll catch a bit of a break by the afternoon and temperatures will stay fairly consistent into the low to mid 40s. There still could be some rain shower activity in the evening too but it will be much lighter than what we have earlier on Friday.
As we look ahead to the weekend, warmer temperatures are on the way with temperatures climbing into the low to mid 50s. Areas far south could have temperatures into the upper 50s too. We do have some rain for early Saturday and again on Sunday, so if you're looking for a window of time to get outside and enjoy those mild temperatures, it would be Saturday afternoon.

FRIDAY: Rain showers and cloudy. Mid 40s.
