I made one delicious tomahawk steak sandwich with chimichurri, sautéed onions and crispy cheese, with a side of roasted potatoes.
I used the wagyu beef tallow on the tomahawk, used as a binder and to sear it, it gave it such an amazing flavor.
I sprayed the bread, and toasted it, on the potatoes, then lastly on the onions, it gave them an unbelievable flavor as well.
