Ryou Emerald This was for sure a bit easier because of the gacha CE....
Not to say you can't do it with just BG, but its harder. I was trying before and using the buff removal resist CC for the 10% chance, but decided to try with the event ce instead.
You may ask, why oberons bond ce? Uhhh it does nothing its just there.
