Matthew 18:1-14 - Servant Leadership
"The disciples came to Jesus saying: Who is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
Greatness in the world is like a pyramid with the most powerful on top, but greatness to God flips that pyramid upside down. To be the great in the Kingdom of God we must be the servant of all!
We do not relate serving with Greatness. We still tend to think like the world. Greatness to us is money, power, and being able to tell others what to do. But God calls the person who empties the trash and cleans the bathroom the greatest. The question is do we want to be great in the eyes of the world, or in do we want to be great before God!
