They also UPDATE investors on the telegram with real all assets update. Rise vest also operate on Airbnb in the US. You need to have a better understanding of what's Airbnb.

You have to sign up then chat them up, if you want to have partnership with them on real estate. They will hold a meeting you and outline what you need to know. Some investors on the group did partnership with them and they are always share the return on investment.
An asset manager manages assets on behalf of someone else, making important investment decisions that will help the client's portfolio grow. Also ensures the client's investment doesn't depreciate and that exposure to risk is mitigated.
For instance, the stocks plan is based on a portfolio of 20+ companies in the company’s index. You invest in the plan, but the company chooses where to put the money and pays you your interest as at when due. You will, however, always be able to check the status of your portfolio at any given time.

The company offers three categories of investment options: real estate, US stocks, and Eurobonds (fixed income). Wallet saving and Eurobond (Fixed income) investment returns are guaranteed while the rest have varying levels of risk. That means that you can incur losses on investment in either the real estate plan or US stocks.
1. Eurobond (fixed income): 10–12% low risk investment
2. US Real estate: 13–15% Mid risk investment
3. US Stocks: 12–14% High risk investment
4. Dollar Saving on your wallet 8% per year
Your interest on dollar savings is calculated everyday and sum up month ending. Compound interest on your dollar savings on your wallet.
Both real estate and fixed income have similar plan durations plans which are 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
But US Stock on rise vest don't have any plan.
If you are doing any plan durations for 3 months or 6 months or 12 months. Please, don't break or terminate the plan because if you do. You will pay 5%, which is not nice.
But if you are doing saving and us stock, you have no fee to pay when withdraw.
Remember long term is the goal.
Rise vest is more of crowdfunding to achieve your investment Goal.
You don't and can't pick the stock to buy on rise vest. They pick the stock on your behalf.
