For many years I worked beside some of the Best Hispanic concrete finishers in Indianapolis Indiana, but I had never actually hired a full time Hispanic employee. Juan is from Guatemala not Mexico but to me it really doesn't matter. I'm tired of all the NO CALL NO SHOWS. When pouring concrete and finishing concrete it is important to have a reliable crew that will be at work when pouring cement from the concrete truck. We ordered a 6 slump from the concrete plant. Teamwork is huge when pouring mud. Alot of you guys wondered what happen to zeus, we the day after I offered him the truck. I even cash app him money to get on the bus, he didn't call or show, I do, but I also can't be around dope and my father I wish him nothing but the best, Juan doesn't miss work nor have no call no shows.
