Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6-8 boneless pork chops
3 TB butter
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup panko bread crumbs
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter in a large skillet.
In a shallow bowl or large plate mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Crack egg in a bowl and whisk.
Dip chops in egg and the coat with parmesan cheese mixture.
Add to skillet and cook 1-2 minutes per side to sear chops.
Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake 10-15 more minutes, until they are cooked through,
