Galatians 5:16
Where do we find strength to walk out our true identity in Christ, to love even the unlovable, to rejoice in the midst of challenges and to forgive in the midst of offense?
To walk like Romans 8:37
“We are more than conquerors”
We walk in the Spirit being led by the Holy Spirit.
All believers in Jesus Christ have the Holy Spirit but not every believer actually walk in victory so how do we walk in the Spirit?
Firstly, you are already in the Spirit, therefore you are dead to sin and alive to God. So I am not saying you need to attain anything!
It is not of works but by His grace.
The key is in our will, it is in surrender. Do we still choose our flesh, our way, our feelings, our old responses and our old urges or do we choose His way?
I believe that once you choose Jesus, His grace will be there to give you the strength to overcome your old self, and the Spirit will lead you to greater victory.
Today stop and choose the truth, choose to be who God has already graced you to be.
