Scott Eats Today we are at The Round Table Cafe in Belleville, Illinois. We are here to take on The 15 Egg Mega Omelette Challenge! We have 30 short minutes to eat this Massive Omelette along side of 4lbs of Hashbrowns and 8 half slices of toast. If we complete the challenge not only will we get the meal for free, we will have our name and pictures posted on the Wall Of Fame. However, if we do not we will have to pay the price of admission which was somewhere around $35. Cheer me on as we go for our first food challenge win here in the state of Illinois.
