Celebration Cake

Ingredients for Cake Sponge:
Eggs 6
Sugar 180 g
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 180 g

Ingredients for Butter Cream:
Butter (room temperature) 1000 g
Icing sugar 600 g

Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Whipping cream 2 cups

Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:
Cream 500 g
Dark chocolate 500 g
Milk 2/3 cup

Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting:
Whipped cream 1 cup
Chocolate ganache 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared sponges 2
Sugar syrup as required
Chocolate frosting as required
Chocolate Ganache as required
Butter cream as required
Green butter cream (butter cream 1 cup + green food color 1 tsp)
Red butter cream (butter cream 1 cup + Red food color 1 tsp)

Directions for Sponge Preparation:
1. In a bowl add eggs, vanilla essence, sugar, flour and beat it well.
2. Transfer it to a mold and bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 mins. Take it out of the oven and set aside.
Note: Make 2 sponges with the same method

Directions for Butter Cream Preparation:
3. In a bowl add butter and beat it well. Then add sugar and beat it again. Set aside.
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
4. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Directions for Chocolate Ganache Preparation:
5. In a bowl add cream, dark chocolate and microwave it for 2 mins. Mix it well until chocolate melts.
Note: Reserve 1 cup of chocolate ganache for later use.
6. Add milk into the chocolate ganache and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Chocolate Frosting Preparation:
7. In a bowl add whipped cream and reserved chocolate ganache. Beat it well and set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
8. Take the prepared sponges, cut them into 2 discs each.
9. Now place 1 sponge disc on cake board, pour sugar syrup on it and add layers of chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache. Combines 4 discs like this repeating the same process.
10. Now cover the sides of the cake with plain butter cream and green butter cream. Decorate it with red butter cream and your Cake is ready.

Cooking time: 1 hour
Servings: 5-6
