I was going to film at YouTube Q&A but I had so many people asking my opinion on this.
I don't go into details about the drug as that's best done by individuals with their healthcare provider.
But this is a bit of an overshare about my view on improving my relationship with food and health.
As I just started a new vlog series where I'm going to include my exercise etc I think this just sets out nicely where my head is at.
