The city marshall, Steve Piesant says that he gets his information from the city court about my arrest warrant. However, the court does not provide information on whether the warrant is extradictable or not. But Marshal Steve still happily submits the report anyway. It's incomplete information and that was the reason that the White County Sheriff in Indiana let me go.
No sheriff office can see whether my arrest warrant is extradictable or not. This is information that rests with the scrambled head of the elected DA Billy Jo Harrington. Billy Jo drags his feet on making decisions, but why should he have to make a decision on this at this time as the "final decision"? That "final decision" should be made before they submit my name to the NCIC, not as an afterthought. Incomplete information in the NCIC is an incomplete warrant. It's vague and left for people to guess what Billy Jo is thinking. It should not exist if we have to guess. It should not exist when we have to wait on foot dragging Billy Jo Harrington!
