UN chief warns Israeli offensive in Rafah would put 'final nail in the coffin' for Gaza aid

CBC News United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, speaking at the opening of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, said a full-scale Israeli assault in Rafah would have devastating consequences. "It would put the final nail in the coffin of our aid programs," he said.
