Creamy Chicken FajitaQuesadilla
Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Chicken boneless chunks 1/2 kg
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Mixture:
Oil 1/4 cup
Marinated chicken
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Capsicum (small cut) 1/2 cup
Onion (cubes) 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
Tortilla sheets
Mozzarella cheese
Creamy chicken mixture
Oil (for greasing) as required
Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken, black pepper powder, salt, red chili flakes, oregano, red chili powder and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Chicken Mixture:
2. In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 mins.
3. Add capsicum, onion and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
4. Take the tortilla sheet and add a layer of mozzarella cheese on the half of tortilla sheet. Now add prepared chicken mixture on it and add cheese again.
5. Wrap the other half of the tortilla sheet over the filled half.
6. Now toast it on a greased pan for 1 minute.
7. Your Creamy Chicken Fajita Quesadilla is ready.

Cooking time: 30 mins
