The Bible tells us that we do not have because we do not ask. What have you failed to ask God? Where have you doubted his ability to help, to heal, to open doors of opportunity, to reconcile, and to restore. Our God is a God of miracles, but we convince ourselves that there are some things are are impossible for God.
In our reading today, a Canaanite woman asks Jesus to heal her daughter. There were plenty of reasons for this woman to not ask Jesus. And if she had not asked, she would have never received. Be bold in what you ask. There is nothing too great or too small for God to do.
