Ground Beef/Pork
Some Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cumin
Oregano
Chili Powder
Cayenne
Pepper Flakes (smoked)
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Oil
A bag of Fritos
1 can of Beans (kidney)
8oz of Tomato Sauce
1 can of Rotel
Some (frozen) Corn
More Chili Powder (to taste)
Shredded Cheese (monterrey jack)
Turbos Flamas
Serve with Avocado, Onions (green/white/pickled), Sour Cream, Hot Sauce
