Informer times I remember that I could not understand that "Be happy now!" Seriously- I got even sometimes little bit angry, when people "preached" that. But guys, it is just true and the more we guide ourselves to the full presence of the present moment right now, the happier we are and feel.
These programmes of conditional joy and happiness. The "If- when"- they keep us stuck and these are programmes of attachment to a form, concept, that let us suffer and wasting our time here on earth.
In the end, we always want the emotion- always! But we learned that we have to suffer, achieve, accomplish, solving the problem "me".. before we allow it to be- joy. Happiness..acceptance of the Now.
