ABC News (Australia) The designers of a new Battery Point foreshore walkway say they're confident it would be a tourist draw card for Hobart.
The controversial project has been raised a number of times by the Hobart City Council over the years, but was revived in July after the council voted to re-investigate the possibility of a walkway.
Co-designer and Battery Point resident David Hook says the proposal, which has been put forward to council, could become a popular tourist attraction.
