Dieser Irish Single Grain wurde nach einer Rezeptur aus 95% Mais und 5% gemälzter Gerste hergestellt. Diese Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling wurde zunächst in Ex-Bourbon-Fässern gereift, bevor sie weitere zwölf Monate in Ex-Sauvignon Blanc-Fässern reifen durfte und mit 50% ABV und ohne Kältefiltration abgefüllt wurde.
