Sutter County crash leaves man, unborn baby and dog dead

KCRA News A Sutter County crash left a man and dog dead Wednesday morning, officials said. A pregnant 23-year-old woman also lost her child despite efforts to save the unborn baby through surgery. A release from the California Highway Patrol explains that a sedan carrying a 30-year-old man, the pregnant woman and dog — for reasons unknown — crossed over the solid double yellow lines into opposite lanes, hitting an SUV around 8:30 a.m.
