Christian Yoga with RuahSpace This Christian yoga class for holy week focuses on the seven last words of Jesus on the cross. Holy week consists of the days leading up to the death of Jesus on the cross. In this class, we settle into a few gentle postures while reflecting on and praying over the seven last words, or statements, of Jesus before His death.. We hope this class helps you make some space this important time of the year as we remember Jesus died for each of us.
This class is made for all levels and can be practiced any time of day.
