Today we visit Matsumoto Shave Ice located on the North Shore of Oahu. Matsumoto Shave Ice has been around for 72 years. It began as a quaint grocery store which later expanded into a shave ice shop, and is now converted into a souvenir, t-shirt, snack and shave ice shop. This business is still family owned and operated and is currently run by the second and third generation family members.
