SABC News Remember a time when you had to take medical aid when joining a company? Well, that picture appears to be changing. That's according to healthcare consulting and advisory firm Simeka Health who says more employers are ditching compulsory medical scheme membership for their staff. We could think of several factors that could be causing this, but let's get some answers now.
